We’ll meet once a week by phone or Zoom to talk through what’s coming up, set recovery-friendly goals, and work through challenges together. Sessions are personalized to meet your needs each week.

Voice and Text Support Between Sessions
Life happens between calls, and you won’t be left on your own. I offer between-session support so you can reach out when you need encouragement, grounding, or someone to talk to.

Personalized Tools and Worksheets
You’ll receive custom worksheets, daily check-ins, boundary guides, parenting support, and more—based on what you’re working through. All tools are recovery-friendly and trauma-informed.

Parenting in Recovery Support
If parenting is part of your journey, we’ll focus on rebuilding connection with your children, managing stress, and setting healthy boundaries. I offer practical, non-judgmental support for real-life parenting struggles.

A Safe Place to Begin Again
This is a space where you can be honest, take a breath, and rebuild—at your own pace, in your own way.
