What’s Included
Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
You’ll receive a total of eight private sessions where we’ll dive into recovery support, emotional healing, parenting in recovery, and personal growth. Every session is personalized to what you need most that week.
Unlimited Text and Voice Message Support
You’ll have access to ongoing support between sessions so you never have to feel like you’re doing this alone. Reach out for encouragement, guidance, or to process tough moments in real time.
Personalized Tools and Recovery Worksheets
From journaling prompts and boundary-setting guides to emotional check-ins and parenting resources, you’ll receive tools that are relevant to your goals and practical in your daily life.
Parenting and Co-Parenting Support
We’ll work on rebuilding trust with your children, showing up as the parent you want to be, and navigating the emotional challenges of co-parenting or single parenting in recovery.
Mindset and Motivation Work
You’ll learn how to shift self-defeating thoughts, reduce guilt and shame, and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Recovery Plan and Progress Reviews
Together, we’ll develop a simple, sustainable plan that aligns with your recovery goals, life as a mom, and personal values. Every few weeks, we’ll reflect on your progress, make adjustments, and celebrate growth.
