What’s Included
Twelve Weekly One-on-One Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
Each session is focused on what you need most—whether that’s recovery support, emotional healing, parenting struggles, co-parenting dynamics, or self-esteem rebuilding. This is your time to be heard, supported, and guided without judgment.
Unlimited Text and Voice Messaging Between Sessions
Ongoing support is available throughout the full 90 days so you never feel alone. You can reach out when you’re struggling, celebrating progress, or just need someone who understands.
Customized Recovery Resources
You’ll receive recovery-friendly worksheets, emotional check-ins, parenting tools, and boundary-setting guides. All tools are trauma-informed, mom-centered, and simple to use in everyday life.
Parenting in Recovery Support
We’ll work on rebuilding trust with your children, understanding their emotional needs, and becoming the parent you want to be—without guilt, fear, or shame. This includes practical strategies for co-parenting, communication, and healing family dynamics.
Relapse Prevention and Mindset Shifts
We’ll explore thought patterns, habits, and past triggers to create healthier ways of thinking, coping, and making decisions. You'll walk away with a recovery plan that feels safe, realistic, and empowering.
Progress Reviews and Reflection Sessions
Every 30 days, we’ll pause to reflect on what’s working, what’s shifting, and where you want to go next. This helps you stay grounded, focused, and encouraged throughout the journey.
